Blair Hill is located on a 2.2 acre south facing, sloping site, with views over the town and Perthshire hills beyond. There are 3 separate buildings at Blair Hill. The largest and most prominent building (Building 1) is the beautiful original Victorian school house built in 1876, which as been lovingly converted in 11 apartments, a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms of varying sizes, each carefully designed to salvage and accentuate the classical design and feel of the original building.
At the south end of the site, is a classic building of its time, a post-war concrete and brick structure (Building 2), which has been converted into 5 apartments, again a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. These apartments are quite special with 4m high ceilings, all with large south facing windows and balconies to enjoy the south facing views over the town and hills, think New York loft style apartments.
Finally, the third building on site (Building 3), nestled at the centre overlooking the gardens, is the original canteen building which has been converted into 2 apartments.
Most of the apartments enjoy either a private garden or south facing balcony, as well as 2 parking spaces, as well extensive communal gardens.
